Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quyash ("Service"), operated by QUYASH ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Credits and Payments

Credit system The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you generate images. Credits do not expire.

Pricing Current credit packages and pricing are displayed on quyash.app/credits. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.

Payment processing Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected credit package.

No subscription Unless otherwise stated, Quyash does not offer subscription plans. You pay only for the credits you purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates any law
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates any platform's terms (Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written consent
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content You retain all rights to the product photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated images Images generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to the underlying AI model's terms of use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

Our content All other content on the Service — including templates, UI, code, and branding — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses AI technology to generate images. We do not guarantee that:

  • Generated images will be suitable for any specific marketplace or platform
  • Generated images will meet any particular quality standard
  • Generated images will not inadvertently resemble third-party intellectual property

You are solely responsible for reviewing generated images before using them commercially. We are not liable for any platform penalties, listing removals, or legal claims arising from your use of generated images.

7. Availability and Modifications

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
  • Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
  • Update these Terms with reasonable notice

We will notify you of material changes to the Service or these Terms by email.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@quyash.app. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Unused credits will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy
  • Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Actions taken by third-party AI providers

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
