Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Quyash provides refunds for credit purchases.
1. General Policy
All credit purchases on Quyash are generally non-refundable. Credits are consumed at the time of image generation, and generated images are immediately delivered to your account.
However, we want to be fair. We consider refund requests in the circumstances described below.
2. When We Do Refund
Technical failure If you attempt to generate images and the generation fails due to a technical error on our end (Service outage, API failure, infrastructure error), and credits are deducted, we will:
- Automatically restore the consumed credits to your account, OR
- Issue a full refund for the affected generation if credits cannot be restored
Duplicate purchase If you accidentally purchase the same credit package more than once within a short period, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Unused credits upon account closure If you decide to close your account and have unused credits remaining, you may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of your last purchase. Refunds are calculated at the per-credit rate of the package you purchased.
Service discontinuation If we discontinue the Service entirely, all unused credits will be refunded automatically.
3. When We Do Not Refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Credits consumed for successfully generated images, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the result
- Credits consumed due to user error (wrong template selected, incorrect product information entered, etc.)
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality — we encourage you to use the 3 free credits provided at signup to evaluate the Service before purchasing
4. Free Credits
New users receive 3 free credits upon signup. These credits are provided to allow you to test the Service before making a purchase. Free credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Automatic Credit Restoration
If a generation fails after credits are deducted, our system will automatically attempt to restore those credits to your account within 5 minutes. You will see the restored credits reflected in your balance.
If automatic restoration fails, contact us and we will manually restore your credits or issue a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@quyash.ai with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
